While these decisions will impact our ministry, we are serious about our commitment to love our neighbors and enact practices that are in their best interest and safety. We are continuing to adapt to this evolving situation and will modify our response as appropriate. These actions are necessary to take, yet, they will have a greatly negative financial impact on our affiliate and the families we serve. We are keenly aware of the crisis facing everyone, but, we must ask this: if you have the means, we could certainly use your financial support. Donations can be made online or through the mail to PO BOX 186: Richmond, KY 40476.

UPDATE: MARCH 20, 2020
Restore: Temporarily Closed to the Public
Effective 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2020, we will be closing both ReStore locations until further notice. Please know that this decision was a difficult one. Based upon guidance from local and national authorities, we decided that it was the right choice for our staff, volunteers, customers, donors and the greater community. We will continue to evaluate opportunities for our facilities to re-open. We are also working diligently to strategize ways we can safely continue to serve the community through our ReStores. Please continue to monitor our website – hfhmcc.org – and our social media pages for updates.
Restore Donations
For the time being we are continuing to accept donations. We are equipping our drivers with PPE and disinfectant spray for donations that will allow us to continue requests for pick-ups. This decision is at the discretion of our store managers and we ask that all donations be placed outside of the home for the safety of our employees and donors. Drop off donations will continue to be accepted outside each ReStore location in the designated drop-off location. For the health and safety of staff and customers, staff will not be able to assist with donation drop-offs. Donation receipts will be made available.
Administrative Offices: We Have Gone Virtual
Effective 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2020, we are temporarily closing our administrative office to the public. We are able to monitor our phone system remotely so if you need assistance please call 859-625-9208 and leave a message. We will continue to evaluate opportunities for our facilities to re-open. For individuals who wish to drop off payments or monetary donations, we ask that you utilize the lock box on the front door of our affiliate office.
